I guess it'll work. Is this the best, fastest way?

Wait, is this how I'm supposed to write every post?

Introducing Box Bunnies! Fashion design for the metaverse.

Check this out. As I’ve mentioned, the crypto art scene is growing on me. If you’re looking for a good entry point, check out what Gary Vee has done with his Vee Friends project. He explains the whole venture in very practical business terminology. And you can watch an NFT project unfold before your eyes. Great way to learn about this!

Speaking of disturbing your comfort zone; I had my first collab! I teamed up with Malloy, a developer from the U.K. who I met in Discord channel (no not like Tinder). We made a wearable for players of Decentraland (see description below). Box Bunny is basically an asset you can buy in the game (or on the secondary market like OpenSea).

We named the series Box Bunny Beanie but it’s already been shortened to Box Bunny. I designed, Malloy made it in Blender. It’s making its way to the Decentraland store, but for now you can get it via a vending machine in the game. We priced it at 200 MANA which is around 150 USD, depending on the current market price.

What is Decentraland?

I'm glad you asked! Here's the best, brief description I could find:

Decentraland is the fastest-growing crypto-based virtual world. It was created in 2016 by a group of developers in Argentina, and its UX is largely based on Second Life and Minecraft, one of the most popular multiplayer games in the world.

What distinguishes Decentraland from predecessor virtual worlds is that all of the spaces (called LAND in the game) except for roads and plazas can be bought, sold and developed by the users of the game. Ownership of those virtual properties is documented on the Ethereum blockchain to make them easily transferable and to prevent fraud.

Landowners control what content is published on their parcels of land, which is identified by a set of cartesian coordinates (x,y). Contents can range from static 3D scenes to interactive systems such as games, casinos, art galleries, and whatever else developers can imagine and dream up.

Basically, it's a vibrant community of 3D animators, artists, and developers to execute on these virtual spaces, creating new ways for people (as avatars) to socialize and interact with one another.

More about this later!

Happy humpty hump
